When Marion and Alex bought their home in Greenpoint, it had dark heavy floors, rental quality finishes and a complete lack of storage. The design brief here was to brighten and warm up the space while efficiently adding as much storage as possible. Ein Haus’ custom millwork achieved this storage issue through thoughtful and efficient spacial planning. Then, bringing in and echoing rich materials like white oak and exposed cement into each area of the apartment. While restoring the character of the original floors we were able to transform this drab space into balanced living.
