The challenge of this project was to transform an existing cramped and chopped up ‘2 family’ house into an open and inviting single family home. The approach was to selectively poke holes in the house, and use the structure’s awkward shape to our advantage. Bringing light into the home in new and unexpected ways. We designed the house as a continuous open flow of space and natural material.
